He has 30 years of rich experience in Teaching, Research and Administration. He published many research papers and books modular at Nagpur University He is an active member in several professional bodies and also Visiting Professor for ISTE. He organized many technical events. Presently he is guiding 8 Research Scholars. Earlier worked as Professor in KL University & Siddhartha Engineering Colleges, Vijayawada. Currently he is serving as Director & Principal in a Reputed Engineering & Medical college at Hyderabad.

She is a member of bar council in AP High Court. She got Bhasha Praveena degree in Hindi & Sanskrit and also got M.A. in Hindi from Andhra University. She is promoter of Management Education in the Satya Institute of Management Studies. She is a certified member of MSME as Entrepreneurship & Skill Development Programme (ESDP) in Food Processing and also certified member of Khadi Gramodyoga Maha Vidyalaya in Bakery food Processing. She got many awards as a Best Entrepreneur and also trained so many people on Bakery, Soybean Products & cookery classes for Eenadu vasundara Group in twin cities of Telangana.
